Cates brings over 30 years of industry experience and knowledge to the position, having previously served in the electromechanical industry within its distribution channel in roles as branch manager, sales manager and field sales. Cates was most recently a Field Sales Representative for Key Accounts at Arrow Electronics in Overland Park, Kansas.
