NKK’s M Series is a family of miniature switches designed to support both panel mounting and PCB integration, depending on the model and configuration. Across toggles, pushbuttons, rockers, and slides, the M series emphasizes construction features that protect contact alignment, resist jamming, improve circuit isolation in multipole devices, and reduce contamination risk, while offering contact options for both power level and logic level switching. The series includes illuminated and water-resistant or waterproof variants where specified.
Across many M series configurations, mounting and layout conventions are coordinated; where footprints and terminal patterns align by model, engineers can simplify integration.

NKK’s M Series miniature toggles provide compact switching across a broad range of poles and circuits, with contact options suited to both power and logic level designs. Multiple mounting configurations support varied mechanical and packaging requirements, including bushing mount for panel builds, bracket PC mount, and angle PC mount for tighter PCB layouts.
The series also includes an IP68-rated dual seal waterproof miniature toggle.
For applications that need added water resistance without full waterproof construction, an optional splashboot is available.
The series is described as having a smooth, sturdy tactile feel.

M Series Miniature Toggles
NKK’s M Series pushbuttons are miniature operator-interface switches engineered for tactile clarity and contact stability, with mounting and termination options that support both panel builds and PCB-based assemblies.
M Series MBN is offered in bushing mount and bracket PC mount styles (including a large bushing option).
M Series MBNR and MBNF use a snap-action mechanism for smooth actuation with short stroke, light touch, and audible feedback. They are distinguished by bushing thread: MBNR uses 1/4-40, and MBNF uses M6 × 0.75.
